SaSa Originals Etsy Shop Review and Giveaway: Plush Rattle CLOSED

It is no secret that I love Etsy! It is such a fabulous place to find handmade items. I recently had the pleasure of coming across SaSa Originals Etsy shop. Such cute items! Sara makes sweet baby blankets, adorable plush rattles, hot/cold ouchie packs, and crinkle fidget sensory toys. And the fabrics she uses are adorable and unique! Each item is one-of-a-kind.

My Review!

I had the pleasure of reviewing Marley the Giraffe plush rattle! (Thanks to Sara at SaSa Originals!)

When I first opened Marley, I was so thrilled! It is so cute. I was impressed with the wonderful handsewn quality. One of my first thoughts was that this would be a PERFECT baby shower gift! It is cute, personal, and well-made. Something different than the cookie-cutter baby shower gift. And let's face it: We all love to have a few things that no one else has, right?!

As you can see, my 9 month old LOVED it. It, of course, went right to his mouth! He is beginning the whole teething process, and Marley is a wonderful toy for him to chew on. And it is so well-made, that I am comfortable letting him gum it, knowing it is not going to fall apart. He loves the "horns" on top, which are knotted ribbons, and also the crinkly "hair" on Marley. It is a wonderful sensory toy, and it really appeals to Joshua. He loves it.

My 2 year old also wanted to play with Marley! He was immediately interested in the "'uh-raff" (as he calls giraffes)!

The only thing I would have to say negative is it is a little bit pricey for a rattle/plush toy ($18). I would hesitate to spend that much on one toy usually. But I would definitely recommend it as a sweet baby shower gift. I would spend that much on someone else, because of the cute and unique factor!

We are really enjoying Marley here in the Cotton household!
